What these terms cover

These terms cover the Recast for WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin ("Recast"), its free version and its paid version ("Recast Pro"), and this website. By downloading, installing or buying Recast, you accept them.

License

Recast and Recast Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. A Recast Pro license gives you access to the Pro features, updates and email support for the number of sites and the period you bought.

Buying Recast Pro

Freemius, Inc. sells Recast Pro as our reseller and merchant of record. Freemius takes the payment, adds any sales tax, sends your invoice and manages your license and renewals. The Freemius terms apply to the purchase.

• Licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Freemius account or the Account page in the plugin.
• Updates and support need an active license.

Refunds

We do not give refunds. Every change Recast Pro can apply can be previewed with the free version first, on your own store, so you can check that Recast fits before you buy. If a purchase was made in error or a charge is duplicated, email us and we will work it out with you.

Your data and your store

Recast runs on your WordPress site. It changes only the subscriptions you select and apply a batch to, and it records the values before and after each batch so you can undo it. You are responsible for your store, for backups, and for telling your customers about changes you make. Test changes on a staging copy of your store when you can.

No warranty

Recast is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as the GNU General Public License states. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost data from the use of Recast. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Recast Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Changes do not affect a license period you already paid for.
