Questions
What do I need?
WordPress 6.4 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, WooCommerce 8.0 or newer and WooCommerce Subscriptions 5.0 or newer. WooCommerce Subscriptions is sold separately.
Does it work with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?
Yes. Every read and write goes through WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions, never straight to the database, so both storage modes work.
Does a price change affect new customers?
No. Recast changes only existing subscriptions. Product prices do not change.
Will my customers be charged at once?
No. A price change applies on the next renewal. If a date change puts the next payment less than 24 hours away, Recast skips that subscription unless you permit it and confirm.
Does Recast email my customers?
No. Recast does not send emails to your customers. You decide how to tell them.
Can I undo a batch?
Yes, with Pro. Undo writes back the values from before the batch. Subscriptions that changed after the batch are skipped, so newer changes are safe. You can choose to restore them anyway.
Is the free version limited by store size?
No. The Health check, the count, the preview and the CSV export work on selections of any size.
What happens when my license ends?
You can renew at any time. Updates and support need an active license.
Can I get a refund?
Everything Pro does can be previewed with the free version first, on your own store, so you can check it fits before you buy. For that reason we do not give refunds.
Which languages?
The plugin is translated into 70 languages. A community translation from translate.wordpress.org replaces the bundled one when it exists.
